After house hunting with my mom for 2 years and some months, and dealing with realtor after realtor who weren’t consistent nor responsive to when we were interested in a property or wanted to do tours, Lucas Tragos was our knight and shining armor or as I should say our prince charming when it came to this journey. Not only was Lucas consistent but he was very responisve and on top of everything. He made sure that for every house we were interested in that he would book tours and go above and beyond to tell us the pros and cons and to ensure us that we get the right house that would suit our needs as something that we can call home. Not only did Lucas make us feel confident but he always told us not to lose hope when our offers would get denied. Due to Lucas my mom is now a new home owner, we have a house we love and can not wait to move in and begin our new chapter. Thanks to Lucas and the team for everything.

In my limited experience working with realtor companies, I can whole heartedly say that working with Lucas Tragos was one of the best and most reassuring experiences. I was connected with Lucas through my current roommate and he worked side by side with me personally in order to help me acquire the home I needed. Knowing the limited amount of time I had to move, my budget, and my needs/desires, Lucas was able to compile a list of rentals for us to look at in hopes of moving into. We engaged Venezia Realty in October 2020 to assist us with the sale of our home. We had interviewed 3 Realtors and though they all seemed qualified we decided to work with Venezia because we liked their personal, down to earth approach and had confidence they would go above and beyond to sell our house.
