  • A cloud-based real estate brokerage is similar to a traditional real estate brokerage with the main difference being that we operate entirely online. Since we have no office space and lower overhead, we are able to pass down these cost savings to you through the form of higher splits and zero fees.

  • You have the freedom to conduct your business however you like. You get paid more money and faster. You do not have to pay ridiculous fees.

  • If the funds are already held by us, expect same-day or next day payment through ACH or wire if daily cutoff times are met, free of charge.

    If we are waiting on funds to arrive, expect to be paid as soon as they clear.

  • The following items are required before joining. Applications are subject to the review and approval by the broker of record.

    • MA Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License

    • IRS W-9 Form

    • Government issued photo identification

    • Direct-deposit form from your financial institution

    • Professional headshot

    • No history of disciplinary action from the Board

  • Nope! It is entirely free to join our brokerage.

  • Nope! You are free to do as much or as little business as you want.

  • Signs and business cards, along with any other marketing materials are the agent's sole financial responsibility, however, we will provide branding guidelines and requirements that you must follow when advertising. All advertising must be approved by the broker of record.

  • We are a member of Massachusetts's largest Multiple Listing Service, MLSPIN. Once you join, your agent ID will be transferred to our office.

    We are not a member of the NAR. You may join or continue to be a member of the NAR should you choose, but it is not a requirement by the brokerage.

  • We provide all the forms you need to get a transaction done, including GBREB and MAR forms.

  • We use dotloop as our transaction management and e-sign software. If you are unfamiliar with dotloop, training and support is available directly through dotloop as well as our broker.

  • We collect rental deposits for landlords, rental brokerage fees, and earnest money deposits from clients via DepositLink. If you are unfamiliar with DepositLink, support and training is available directly through DepositLink as well as our broker.

  • One of the benefits of receiving a higher split is that you have more money to reinvest into yourself.

    As an independent contractor, you responsible for all of their own expenses, including but not limited to: vehicle and travel related expenses, photography, videography, 3D/virtual tours, printing supplies and services, postage and mailing services, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), lead-generation services, premium listing services, business cards, and signage.

  • Yes. Agents must present all proposed advertising to the broker prior to publication. The broker will provide agents with requirements for advertising along with business brand guidelines and logos. All advertising is property of the brokerage and subject to broker's review and approval. All advertising must meet federal and state fair housing guidelines.

  • We are fully licensed to operate in Massachusetts, but we are actively looking to expand.

  • No. We are a cloud-based brokerage with no physical office space. You are welcome to operate out of a home office, rent or buy your own office space, or work on the road.

  • No, we do not provide any lead generation or distribution services to our agents. Our brokerage is designed for agents who already have established clientele and are looking to take advantage of the savings we offer through higher splits and zero fees.
